Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing skills are a must2yrs
experience in machine operating/Manufacturing - prefer prior cable/wire experienceMust be able to read and interpret documents and effectively present information.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to calculate figures and amounts (good at math)Must work with an assortment of equipment including, braiding equipment, hand tools, etc.
Climate controlled manufacturing environment.
Works with oil and oily equipment.
Hearing protection requiredMust be able to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities:
Maintain scheduled rate of production at the work center.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Visually monitor braided cable for quality.
Report non-conforming product and/or equipment issues to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
Maintain braiding work center in a neat and orderly fashion.
Use personal protective equipment as required.
