o Pest Control Technicians will be required to follow an Integrated Pest Management program model.o Visually inspecting and treat for pest, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.o Build and maintain customer relationshipso Maintain high service standards at all accountso Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problemso Participate in group meetings and group trainingo Ability and willingness to work flexible hourso Operating application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power toolsMinimum
Qualifications:
Experience required. Must be 18 years or older and have high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate will need to provide valid driver's license, reliable transportation and have a clean driving history. Must be a Licensed Operator for pest control. Company vehicle will be provided for service visits. Must be clean cut. Customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Candidate must be motivated, reliable with integrity.Hours:
First Shift, Full-Time position. Technician will work 32 - 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends needed. Operating times vary between the hours of 7:
