Summary:
The primary purpose of the position is to perform specialized duties and to train assigned military unit members in the duties and functions associated with operational intelligence. Provides detailed intelligence analysis for mission planning, aircrew briefings and debriefings. Subject Matter Expert (SME), trainer, and task certifier for all Intelligence Initial Qualification Training (IQT) Mission Qualification Training (MQT), and Continuation Training (CT) to include all intelligence computer systems (non-targeting specific automated systems), order of battle maintenance, mission planning, and GI&S support. In addition, the incumbent performs complex intelligence analysis of all pertinent threat weapons systems and geopolitical conditions that could impact the unit's mission success. Plans and develops objectives and work schedules for training assigned intelligence personnel during Unit Training Assemblies (UTA), Annual Training (AT), and unit deployments. Identifies training requirements and conducts or organizes training courses for intelligence personnel on operational intelligence related subjects. This position requires a comprehensive working knowledge of intelligence support operations, procedures, and practices. NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the Connecticut Air National Guard. The major duties include, but are not limited to:
Assists the Senior Intelligence Officer in assuring the Intelligence function maintains a capability to provide timely and accurate operational intelligence support and fully trained intelligence personnel during peacetime and contingency operations. Incumbent is recognized as an organization expert within functional assignment. Coordinates training requirements with Gaining Command Intelligence Section. Assists in training and testing aircrew on worldwide threats that potentially could affect mission success to include surface-to-air missile (SAM), air-to-air missile (AAM), antiaircraft artillery (AAA), and aircraft threats. Develops scenarios for unit training missions. Incumbent is the unit authority on all aspects of internal intelligence training. Incumbent is empowered to commit personnel and unit intelligence resources to missions and special exercises, including coordinating with outside agencies, under the general direction of supervisor. Experience:

Experience developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of a variety of intelligence specialty areas along with a comprehensive working knowledge of intelligence support operations, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of collection and dissemination techniques and sources as well as the ability to produce instructions and manuals with a minimum of direction. Knowledge of all aspects of an intelligence specialty area. Ability to independently evaluate and interpret raw intelligence data and prepare reports based on the analysis of patterns, trends, and characteristics. Ability to analyze and evaluate raw data in a functional area in order to produce finished intelligence reports under general supervision. COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENT:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
